How to make disable ".active" on click other than navbar?

I've created a navbar dropdown, but I have an unresolved problem.

I want to disable and close the navbar when I click outside after clicking the navbar.

I want to control it in windows or document, but it doesn't work because of my lack of general knowledge in CSS. And I tried using focusout in css, but it seems impossible.

I am asking for help by uploading a CODEPEN snippet.

If you can control it with JS or CSS, please let me know how.
